You already know how to push. I’m here to show you how to calibrate.
I work with equestrians who carry pressure like it’s a second skin. Those who show up, stay sharp, and win quietly. But I also know the toll that takes when your mind doesn’t have a place to land.
My background is in sport psychology, elite coaching, and competitive riding. I’ve studied the science: neuroscience, behavior, performance—but more importantly, I’ve lived the rhythm of high-level sport. I know what it feels like to be seen as strong and still feel unsteady inside.
This isn’t about hype. It’s not about pushing harder. It’s about building a mental architecture that actually holds you, so your mindset becomes a system, not a gamble.
I built this space for riders like you.
The ones who are done surviving the season and ready to lead it—with clarity, with confidence, and without losing themselves in the process

This isn’t fluff. It’s engineered strategy for athletes under pressure. Designed to build calm, clarity, and resilience for when it matters most. In the Hangar, we clear the noise, reinforce the foundation, and re-engineer your mind to thrive under pressure.
Using cutting-edge brain science to rewire thought patterns, quiet mental noise, and build emotional regulation that holds up under pressure
By understanding how habits, identity, and decision-making intersect, we engineer sustainable behavior shifts without relying on motivation or willpower.
Rooted in elite-level competition. This is where performance blocks are dismantled and mental strength is rebuilt for consistency, focus, and confidence in the arena.
I don’t care what’s trending. I care what works—what delivers actual, lasting transformation. That’s why everything I offer is rigorously developed, backed by science, and refined through elite-level practice.
If it’s not real, it’s not sustainable. I don’t perform a role. I embody what I teach. That means saying the hard truths, showing up with my whole self, and never packaging perfection. What you see is what you get—because my clients deserve truth, not performance.
I never ask my clients to do what I won’t. My standards behind the scenes are as high as the ones you see on the surface. I lead with structure, responsibility, and truth—even when it’s uncomfortable.
Quick wins don’t interest me. I design systems that scale with the rider. My work is built to hold through real life—through setbacks, seasons, and success.
Behind every poor decision is an unclear emotion. Behind every breakthrough is emotional alignment. That’s why I train it like a skillset—because it is one.
I cut noise. I cut fluff. I cut everything that distracts. Clean structures and clear systems give people freedom—and I refuse to complicate what should feel strong and simple.
I guard my own mental space like a fortress, and I teach my clients to do the same. Energy isn’t infinite. Where it flows, results follow. I make no decisions that cost me my peace, focus, or precision. These are operating rules. They protect the mission. They honor the people I serve. And they ensure that every step we take builds something that lasts.
My coaching is private, structured, and built to hold the pressure you’re under.
